Sams Chicken and Dumplings
- 1 whole Chicken
- 1 teaspoon Dried Celery Flakes
- 20 cubes Chicken Bouillon
- Salt And Pepper
- 4 cans (8 Oz. Size) Biscuits
- Flour, To Coat Biscuits
- Boil chicken in stock pot, covered, for 1 hour.
- Remove from heat, let cool, then pull all the meat off the chicken.
- Put pulled meat back into the pot.
- Add the celery flakes, bouillon cubes, and salt and pepper and heat to a boil.
- Cut biscuits into fourths, coat with flour and drop in pot.
- Simmer 15 minutes add more salt and pepper to taste.
- Done!
- Eat and enjoy!
