Pumpkin ~ Japanese style

  1. Cut pumpkin into 1inch piece & trim small amount of peel off.
  2. Place pumpkin in sauce pan
  3. Mix water, sugar & mirin & pour over pumpkin
  4. Simmer covered til pumpkin is soft 8-10 minutes
  5. Drop small pieces of butter oner the pumpkin and drizzle soysauce over pumpkin
  6. Cool & serve as a small side~
