- 34 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 12 eggs
- 12 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 12 tablespoons sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 13 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 12 teaspoons yeast
- 34 cup leek, sauteed
- Bake according to manufacturer's instructions, adding the leeks during the add-in cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
