Bacon-Wrapped Garlic Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers
- 9 whole Hot Peppers, Such As Jalapeno, Serrano, Or Anaheim
- 1/2 cups Garlic Cream Cheese
- 6 strips Turkey Bacon

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2.
- Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out all the seeds and white membranes.
- Avoid touching your face, especially your eyes, and wash your hands well immediately afterwards.

- Stuff about 1 teaspoon of cheese in each pepper half.
- Repeat with remaining cheese and peppers.
- 4.
- Slice each bacon strip lengthwise into 3 thinner strips.
- Wrap each bacon strip around a pepper and place them in a heatproof dish.
- 5.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
- Tip: If you dont have garlic cream cheese, you can make your own by blending 1/2 clove of minced garlic with 1/2 cup plain cream cheese.
