Breakfast Funnel Cake Recipe

• 2 c. Bisquick mix
• 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
• 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• sprinkle of cinnamon
• 1/2 c. sugar

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.
2. Pour some into a seasoned waffle iron and bake until golden.
3. Serve with or without syrup.
4. Or go all out and serve it with strawberries and whipped cream!
