Spicy White Pizza
- 25 each fresh mozzarella cheese balls (1 lb. each), finely chopped
- 50 each Pre-baked pizza crusts (12 inch)
- 1-1/2 gal. ricotta cheese
- 1-1/2 gal. Italian sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 5 gal. arugula, torn
- 3 cups KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. DURKEE Hot Sauce
- Sprinkle 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese over each pizza crust to within 1/2 inch of outer edge; top evenly with tablespoonfuls of the ricotta cheese and the sausage.
- Place in full sheet pans lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in 350F-conventional oven for 8 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.
- Mix dressing and hot sauce in large bowl.
- Add arugula; toss to coat.
- Spoon 3 cups of the arugula mixture over each pizza.
- Cut into 8 wedges to serve.
