Easy Sweet 'N Sour Chicken

  1. Combine chicken and cooking sauce in 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover; cook on Low setting for 8 to 10 hours or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
  3. Ten minutes before serving, stir in veggies; cover.
  4. Increase heat to High setting.
  5. Cook 10 minutes or until veggies are tender-crisp.
  6. Serve over rice.
  7. 620 cal; 12 gr fat; 17% fat.
