Anchovy and Rapeseed Greens Pasta

  1. Put plenty of water in a large pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the salt and pasta.
  3. Rinse and drain the rapeseed greens then cut into bite size pieces.
  4. Add the olive oil to a frying pan, then add the rapeseed greens and anchovies.
  5. Fry briefly until just softened.
  6. Drain the pasta completely in a colander, then add to the pan and mix with tongs.
  7. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with pepper, and voila!
