Oriental Chicken Salad
- 14 cup sugar
- 14 cup vinegar
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (3 ounce) package chicken-flavored ramen noodles
- 12 lb coleslaw mix
- 1 green onion, Chopped
- 12 cup sunflower seeds, roasted-salted
- Before opening the soup package, crush the noodles.
- Mix the sugar, vinegar, oil, and the seasoning package from the ramen noodles to make the sauce.
- Combine the cole slaw mix, green onions and sunflower seeds in a large serving bowl; pour sauce over all mixing thoroughly.
- Refrigerate until it is time to serve.
- Add the crushed noodles right before serving.
- If you add them too soon they don't stay crispy.
