Heavenly Harvest Pumpkintarts
- 1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 14 cups canned pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 24 unbaked tart shells
- Whisk together Condenced Milk, Pumpkin, Brown Sugar, Egg, Cinnamon and Nutmeg.
- Pour evenly into tart shells.
- Bake in preheated 375*F (190*C) oven for 18 minutes or until center is just set and pastry is golden.
- Cool and garnish as desired.
