Cranberry-Pear Raspberry Pie
- butter
- 2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 package frozen raspberries
- 2 Bartlet pears
- 1 navel orange
- 1 tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- Butter a 9-inch pie plate or shallow 1 to 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- In a large bowl, toss together the cranberries, raspberries, pears, orange zest, and juice.
- Add the sugar and cornstarch and toss to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish.
- Cover with desired topping and bake until the fruit is tender and the top is golden brown, 60 to 75 minutes.
