Carpaccio of Tuna And Avocado

  1. Cut the avocado in half, take out the pit and remove the skin, and slice.
  2. Slice the tuna to about the same thickness as the avocado slices.
  3. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Arrange the avocado and tuna alternately on a plate, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
  5. Serve with the sauce on the side.
