Orange Dream Cups (Oamc)

  1. Cut each orange in half widthwise; carefully remove fruit from both halves, leaving shells intact.
  2. Set shells aside.
  3. Section orange pulp; then dice.
  4. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  5. Add frozen yogurt; stir until melted.
  6. Fold in orange pulp.
  7. Refrigerate until thickened.
  8. Spoon into reserved shells.
  9. Cover and freeze for 3 hours.
  10. Oranges can be served at this point or transfer them to ziptop bags and keep frozen until ready to serve.
