Bakery Icing

• 2 12 cups confectioners' sugar
• 12 cup Crisco
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 2 egg whites
• 14 teaspoon salt

1. Mix Crisco and sugar.
2. Add egg whites and beat well.
3. Add remaining sugar and flavoring.
