Chocolate Truffle Pie

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Microwave chocolate and cream in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  3. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until completely melted.
  4. Cool.
  5. Whisk in eggs, sugar and flour.
  6. Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Bake 35 min.
  8. or until edge of pie is puffed but center is still slightly soft; cool.
  9. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
