Beef And Bean Enchiladas

  1. In frypan, saute ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain well.
  2. Stir in beans and taco seasoning; mix well with meat mixture.
  3. Add taco sauce; heat until bubbly.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer.
  5. Heat enchilada sauce in microwave or saucepan on low heat. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  6. Pour 1/2 of enchilada sauce into oblong glass baking dish.
  7. Place 1/3 cup ground beef mixture into warmed tortilla; roll and place, seam side down, in sauce-filled baking dish.
  8. Place filled tortillas, side by side, until dish is filled.
  9. Pour remaining sauce evenly over tortillas.
  10. Cover with cheese.
