TL's Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Beat butter and both sugars until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and almond extract.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and then add slowly to batter.
  5. Add the chips.
  6. Heat oven to 350F.
  7. Take spoonfuls of dough and roll into walnut size balls and place 2 inches apart on a parchment lined sheet.
  8. Bake 8 min.
  9. Enjoy!
