Stuffing & Chops Skillet

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chops; cook 4 to 5 min.
  3. on each side or until cooked through (160F).
  4. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add apples and onions to skillet; cook 2 min.
  6. Stir in 3/4 cup water.
  7. Bring to boil.
  8. Stir in stuffing mix; top with the chops.
  9. Cover.
  10. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
