Leftover Greek Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to the package.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Toss cucumber with herbed salad dressing.
  4. Stir in olives, roasted bell peppers, sundried tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle feta cheese and parsley leaves on top.
  6. Serve.
  7. For better result:
  8. You can toss the pasta with the cucumber herbed salad dressing first, refrigerate for a couple of hours or oven night.
