Maryland Hot Crab Dip Recipe
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
- 1 pound crab meat (cleaned)
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. diced onion
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- Soften the cream cheese and fold in all remaining ingredients thoroughly.
- Garnish with slivered almonds and heat for 30 min at 350 degrees.
- Crab dip should brown slightly and begin to bubble.
- Serve with pumpernickel or possibly rye cocktail slices.
