Louisiana Dirty Rice

  1. To heated oil, add onions, celery and green onions.
  2. Saute until soft, at least 10 minutes.
  3. Add parsley, ground beef, livers and garlic; brown meat thoroughly.
  4. Add sherry and other liquids. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat; add rice and mix well.
  6. Serves 4.
