Herbed Tomato Chicken

  1. Coat chicken with flour, shaking excess.
  2. In a 10 inch skillet, cook chicken in hot oil over medium heat until brown.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve with rice or pasta.
  7. Garnish with parmeasan cheese.
