Overnight Berry French Toast

  1. Place bread cubes in medium storage container.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, zests and cinnamon in large bowl.
  3. Pour or ladle mixture over bread cubes.
  4. Cover, and refrigerate 4 hours, or overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 350F.
  6. Fold berries into bread mixture.
  7. Coat 6 6-oz.
  8. ramekins with cooking spray.
  9. Fill each ramekin with about 2/3 cup of mixture.
  10. Dot with butter.
  11. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  12. Let stand 10 minutes to set.
  13. Serve with maple syrup.
