5 Cup Winter Salad Recipe
- 1 c. Mini Marshmallows, white or possibly colored
- 1 c. Coconut
- 1 c. Manderine Orange Sections, well liquid removed
- 1 c. Crushed Pineapple, well liquid removed
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly Vanilla Yogurt
- Quick & Easy Let Stand 24 Hrs Before Serving
- Mix well and let stand 24 hrs before serving.
- NOTE; I have added banana slices dipped in lemon juice Or possibly well liquid removed fruit chunks and used half yogurt and half lowfat sour cream.
