Cheesy Beer Dip
- 24 cocktail-size smoked sausage links
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Heat sausage links as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, microwave VELVEETA, beer, sour cream and mustard in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
- or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.
- Sprinkle onions over dip.
- Serve with sausage links.
