Eyeball Potion
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, partially thawed
- 24 blueberries (about 1/3 cup) Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (8-serving size) or 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Gelatin, any red flavor
- ice cubes
- 1 cup cold water
- Scoop whipped topping into small balls, using a large melon baller or small ice cream scoop.
- (Note: Each ball will contain about 2 Tbsp.
- of the whipped topping.)
- Place 2 scoops of the whipped topping in each of 12 dessert dishes for the "eyeballs."
- Add a blueberry to each scoop for the "pupil."
- Freeze 30 minutes or until firm.
- Meanwhile, stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Add enough ice to cold water to measure 2-1/2 cups.
- Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
- Remove any unmelted ice.
- Spoon gelatin aound eyeballs in each dish, leaving the tops of the eyeballs exposed.
- Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until firm.
