Eyeball Potion

  1. Scoop whipped topping into small balls, using a large melon baller or small ice cream scoop.
  2. (Note: Each ball will contain about 2 Tbsp.
  3. of the whipped topping.)
  4. Place 2 scoops of the whipped topping in each of 12 dessert dishes for the "eyeballs."
  5. Add a blueberry to each scoop for the "pupil."
  6. Freeze 30 minutes or until firm.
  7. Meanwhile, stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  8. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 2-1/2 cups.
  9. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  10. Remove any unmelted ice.
  11. Spoon gelatin aound eyeballs in each dish, leaving the tops of the eyeballs exposed.
  12. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until firm.
