Mary Ann's Goulash

  1. Cook elbow noodles until not quite done; drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the meat with peppers, onions, salt, pepper & garlic.
  3. Drain if.
  4. necessary.
  5. Add tomatoes and elbow noodles.
  6. You may also need to add additional water.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes until most of the liquid has cooked down.
  8. I generally give a taste test and add more salt and probably more powdered.
  9. garlic.
