BBQ Smoked Pork Chops with Jicama Mixed Salad

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix mayo, 1 Tbsp.
  3. peppers and lime juice; set aside.
  4. Mix remaining peppers with barbecue sauce.
  5. Brush chops with half the barbecue sauce mixture.
  6. Grill chops with cabbage 4 min.
  7. or until heated through (160 degrees F), turning chops and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce mixture after 2 min.
  8. Remove chops from grill; turn cabbage.
  9. Continue to grill cabbage 4 min.
  10. Shred or thinly slice cabbage; place in large bowl.
  11. Add jicama, carrots and mayo mixture; toss to coat.
  12. Serve with the chops.
