  1. Stir-fry chicken until done.
  2. Meanwhile, for sauce, in a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water, vinegar, soy sauce, bouillon, garlic powder and ground ginger. Add green pepper and pimento; cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
  3. Remove from heat; keep warm.
