BBQ Braised Short Ribs

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Toss ribs with flour until evenly coated.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add ribs; cook 3 to 4 min.
  5. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  6. Transfer to 2-L baking dish.
  7. Heat dressing in same skillet on medium-high heat.
  8. Add vegetables; cook 3 to 5 min.
  9. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  10. Stir in broth and barbecue sauce; bring to boil.
  11. Pour over ribs; cover.
  12. Bake 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until ribs are tender and meat can easily be pulled away from bones.
