The Tipperary Cocktail
- 2 oz. Redbreast 12 year Irish whiskey
- 1 oz. Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
- 1 oz. Green Chartreuse
- Cherry garnish
- Combine whiskey and sweet vermouth in a chilled mixing glass and stir with ice for 15 seconds.
- Rinse the inside of a chilled cocktail glass with Chartreuse and then discard excess liqueur.
- Strain stirred ingredients into prepared coupe and serve.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry.
