Festive Pork Tacos
- 16 whole Corn Tortillas
- 4 cups Shredded Cooked Pork Roast
- 3 cups Lettuce, Torn
- 1/2 cups Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 3 whole Limes, Cut Into Wedges
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat, then remove them from the skillet and keep them warm by wrapping them in aluminum foil.
- To make the tacos, place shredded pork down the middle of the tortillas, and if you have any reserved juices from when you roasted the pork, spoon a little over the meat.
- Add the lettuce, onion, sour cream and of course the lime squeezed over the top!
- And anything else youd like: cheese, olives, salsa, avocado, beans...
- Just a quick idea for leftover pork roast!
