Meatless Chik'n Nuggets & Rice
- 16 BOCA Original Chikn Veggie Nuggets
- 1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 4 medium bananas
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Heat nuggets as directed on package.
- Serve 4 to each person.
- Cook rice according to package directions; stir in margarine and peas.
- Cover and steam until heated through.
- Divide into 4 equal servings.
- Complement meal with a banana per person.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with meal.
