Grand Quiche
- 1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 3 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. crabmeat
- 1/2 c. chopped shrimp
- 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 4 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 or 2 dashes Tabasco
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Place cheese slices in pie shell.
- Sprinkle with crabmeat, shrimp, mushrooms, pepper, onion and celery.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, half and half, soup, garlic powder, Tabasco and flour; pour into shell.
- Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
