Pedernales River Chili Con Carne II

  1. Brown meat with onion and garlic until meat is cooked through.
  2. Add rest of ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for an hour with the cover on the skillet or pot.
  4. Skim off grease.
