Chocolate Loves

  1. Bring to a boil, stirring for 1 minute, butter, chocolate, sugar and milk.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add nuts, coconut, vanilla, oats and peanut butter, mixing well.
  4. Let mixture cool enough to handle.
  5. Roll walnut-sized balls and place on wax paper to finish setting up.
  6. Store in a covered container at room temp or in the refrigerator, if you prefer cold candy.
  7. These can be made 1-2 weeks in advance as they keep well.
