Ginger Peach Plum Butter

  1. In medium sized microwaveable bowl, combine peaches, plums and water.
  2. Microwave at high for 6 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, or until fruit mixture is very thick.
  3. Stir in EQUAL and ginger.
  4. Spoon jam into a hot clean jar.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month or freeze up to 3 months.
