My Mothers Dressing
- 1 1/2 pints turkey broth see attached recipe
- 20 oz dry weight cornbread stuffing/dressing
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 salt
- 1/4 tsp ground sage
- 1 tbsp poultry seasoning
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large boiled eggs
- Boil your eggs and peel overnight
- Preheat oven 350 Fahrenheit
- Mix the turkey broth, dressing/stuffing, salt, poultry seasonings, chopped boiled eggs, sage, onions, celery.
- Taste, adjust seasonings.
- Now mix in the 2 eggs.
- Put into 9x13 pan bake for 45 minutes let sit 10 minutes.
- Serve hope you enjoy!
