Lemon Ginger Ale

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Stir to dissolve sugar and yeast.
  3. Cover and set aside at room temperature.
  4. Serve ale chilled over ice.
  5. Will keep in the fridge for 1 week.
