Pique Your Appetite with this Spinach Tossed with Tuna and Sesame
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 1 small can Canned tuna
- 1 generous amount Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 thumbs' worth Grated ginger (tubed)
- Boil water in a pot.
- Cut the spinach leaves in half.
- Parboil the stalks, then the leaves for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Squeeze excess water from the spinach, then chop into 2-3 cm lengths.
- Gently drain the liquid from the canned tuna, then combine the spinach and tuna in a bowl.
- Toss with the ingredients.
