Pique Your Appetite with this Spinach Tossed with Tuna and Sesame

  1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. Cut the spinach leaves in half.
  3. Parboil the stalks, then the leaves for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Squeeze excess water from the spinach, then chop into 2-3 cm lengths.
  5. Gently drain the liquid from the canned tuna, then combine the spinach and tuna in a bowl.
  6. Toss with the ingredients.
