Bruschetta
- 1 cup KRAFT Signature Sun Dried Tomato Oregano Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh oregano
- 2-1/4 qt. seeded and chopped tomatoes
- 3 loaves Italian bread loaves (1 lb.), cut into 1/2- to 3/4-inch thick slices, toasted
- 3 cups KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Full Moisture
- Mix dressing, vinegar, oregano and tomatoes; cover.
- Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.
- Top each toasted bread slice with 1/4 cup of the tomato mixture; sprinkle with about 1 Tbsp.
- of the cheese.
- Place on 2 full sheet pans lined with parchment paper (or 1 lined half sheet pan for trial recipe).
- Bake in 350F-conventional oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
