Triple Berry Mold

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl at 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in club soda.
  3. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  4. Stir in 2 cups of the berries.
  5. Spoon into 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  6. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Unmold.
  8. Top with remaining berries.
  9. Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.
