Chocolate Surprise Cake

• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box chocolate cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 13 cup vegetable oil
• 1 14 cups water
• 1 (8 ounce) container chocolate frosting

1. spray fluted stoneware pan.
2. Prepare cake mix as instructed on box.
3. Pour evenly into stoneware.
4. Scoop frosting out of the tub with an ice cream scoop and place into cake mix all around the pan.
5. Place in MICROWAVE for aprox 12 minutes.
6. (adjust time according to wattage)
7. **I promise this is surprisingly yummy even being "baked" in the microwave, but if you like you can adjust to bake in the oven according to baking instructions on the box.
