Grilled-Fish Foil Packets

  1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Arrange 3 lemon slices, slightly overlapping, on half of each of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Place fish, skinned-sides up, on work surface.
  4. Spread each with 1 Tbsp.
  5. cream cheese product; top each with 2 tsp.
  6. onions.
  7. Roll up, starting at thin end of each fillet.
  8. Place 2 roll-ups, seam-sides down, on lemon slices on each foil sheet; top with asparagus and peppers.
  9. Fold each foil sheet to make a sealed packet.
  10. Grill 6 to 8 min.
  11. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  12. Carefully open foil packets; top fish with remaining onions and lemon slices.
