Marinated Vegetables

  1. Prepare all veggies; place in large bowl with seal (like Tupperware or Rubbermaid).
  2. Combine vinegar, vegetable oil, lemon juice, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper into shaker container. Shake vigorously.
  3. Pour marinade over vegetables.
  4. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight, stirring occasionally.
  5. Makes a bunch!!
