Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Summer Cocktail

  1. Moisten rim of stemmed tulip glass with vanilla vodka; rim in bar sugar.
  2. In shaker combine pineapple juice and vanilla vodka with 1 cup ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Pour into rimmed glass, top with 1/2 oz of maraschino cherry juice.
  5. Garnish with pineapple chunks and cherries.
