Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Summer Cocktail

• 4 ounces pineapple juice
• 1 12 ounces quality vanilla vodka
• 12 ounce maraschino cherry juice
• pineapple chunk (for garnish)
• maraschino cherry (for garnish)
• bar sugar (for rimming glass)

1. Moisten rim of stemmed tulip glass with vanilla vodka; rim in bar sugar.
2. In shaker combine pineapple juice and vanilla vodka with 1 cup ice.
3. Shake well.
4. Pour into rimmed glass, top with 1/2 oz of maraschino cherry juice.
5. Garnish with pineapple chunks and cherries.
