Ham And Cheese Cornbread Rolls

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Fold in egg whites, applesauce and cheese.
  3. Bake in greased jelly roll pan at 400u0b0 for 6 to 8 minutes. Carefully turn out onto clean towel.
  4. Start at wide end and roll up with towel.
  5. Cool on wire rack 5 minutes.
  6. Unroll and top with ham slices.
  7. Mix mayo and mustard.
  8. Spread over ham.
  9. Sprinkle on cheese.
  10. Re-roll.
  11. Place seam side down in jelly roll pan.
  12. Bake at 400u0b0 for 5 minutes.
  13. Cut in 10 slices.
