Delicioso Empanadas
- 3 Packs Gusto Empanadas (10 shells each pack )
- 1 Pack chuck chopped family back
- 2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 as needed Adobo
- 2 Little Packs of Sazon
- 1 Oil
- 2 tsp Parsley
- 3 tsp Sofito
- 2 tsp Tomato Paste
- 6 oz Water
- First clean the meat.
- You want your meat to be clean therefore you won't be eating blood.
- To clean the meat put the meat in a big bowl with water and pour some lemon juice, about 2 oz.
- Drain all the water and lemon juice from the meat.
- About 15 minutes
- Now season the meat with the adobo as needed.
- Add the two little packages of Sazon with 2 teaspoons of parsley.
- Put the meat in middle high in a frying pan, let it to sweat.
- It will take Approximately 10 mins
- Once the meat finish letting lose all the liquid you drain it again.
- Put oil in the frying pan, when the oil is heated up you put the meat.
- Add the tomato paste, sofito and 6oz of water wait until all the liquid is evaporated.
- Finally drain the meat once again.
- You don't want your meat to be really greasy when you eat it.
- Open the pack of gusto empanadas.
- One by one put the shells on a cutting board and put as much meat you want or as possible.
- After you will need to close it.
- In order to do that fold the empanadas in half and grad a fork to make lines on the bottom to seal it.
- Flip it over and do the same thing to secure it.
- With a frying pan add two cups of oil, wait until oil is heated.
- Finally fry your deliciose empanadas until their golden brown ENJOY
