Black Bean Bowl
- 1 chicken breast, precooked
- 23 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 12 tomatoes, cubed
- 12 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons scallions, chopped
- lemon juice, to taste
- 1 dash cumin
- 1 dash basil
- 1 dash cilantro
- 1 dash ground pepper
- Cut precooked chicken into bite sized pieces.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
