Prime Rib

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place the prime rib (standing rib roast) bone side down in a roasting pan.
  3. Rub the whole roast with olive oil, sea salt, rosemary and garlic.
  4. (You can also get a rosemary/garlic seasoning (Tones); dont be afraid, it doesnt all have to be fresh.)
  5. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or about 15-20 minutes per pound.
