Prime Rib
- 6 pounds Prime Rib Or Standing Rib Roast
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Sea Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary
- 3 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Garlic
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place the prime rib (standing rib roast) bone side down in a roasting pan.
- Rub the whole roast with olive oil, sea salt, rosemary and garlic.
- (You can also get a rosemary/garlic seasoning (Tones); dont be afraid, it doesnt all have to be fresh.)
- Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or about 15-20 minutes per pound.
